About Us
Looking for a bird tour in Acadia National Park, a nature tour around Mount Desert Island, a kid-friendly outdoor adventure, or a family tide pool exploration? Want to go kayaking? Canoeing? Hiking? Bicycling? The Natural History Center is the place for you! And the natural world is our center!
We offer nature and bird tours throughout Acadia National Park, Downeast Maine, and beyond. We are a family run business that enjoys sharing nature, whether leading you on a tour or sharing information while looking over a map. Our tours cater to both beginning and advanced nature-lovers, novice and seasoned birders, families, small groups, kids with lots of energy, and people with mobility limitations.
