Meet Rosie, a beautiful brindle hound with a heart full of love and a gentle soul. At around five years old, Rosie is the kind of dog who quietly wins you over with her calm presence and sweet personality. She’s spayed, fully vaccinated, and has been treated for fleas and ticks. She is ready to start her next chapter in a forever home.

Rosie enjoys life’s simple pleasures: leisurely walks, soft treats, and kind people. She walks well on a leash and loves to sniff and explore at her own pace. She’s a smart girl who already knows some basic commands and would love to keep learning with someone loving and encouraging by her side.

Affectionate in her own gentle way, Rosie prefers calm and leisurely introductions. She’s not a high-energy dog or a rough-and-tumble player, but she will be a loyal and loving companion to someone who values peaceful moments. Rosie would likely thrive in a home that matches her nature. She has so much love to give and is just waiting for the right person to share it with.

Please note: we require that interested adopters fill out an adoption application before meeting any of our dogs, including Rosie. This is to help minimize stress for the dogs in our care. While it may be fun for people to come in and walk by the dogs, it’s not fun for the pups - and that’s what our top priority is.  Once your application is approved, we’ll be happy to set up a time for you to meet this sweet girl in a comfortable setting!
