PET OF THE WEEK Nutter Butter hasn’t had the easiest start to life; she came into our care following a state seizure from a hoarding situation. She is adorable and has very specific needs - she absolutely must be adopted by someone with another confident dog in the home. Her first connection must be with a dog who can guide her, help her feel safe, and show her how to be the best dog she can be. A meet and greet with your dog will come before she meets any people. PET OF THE WEEK This is Ernest, and if he’s breaking your heart - join the club. Life hasn’t been easy, or necessarily kind, to him, and we want nothing more for him than a calm, loving home where he can thrive in his golden years. Ernest is 10 years old, and his experiences are clearly evident on his cauliflowered ears, his only two remaining teeth, and the scars that pepper his cheeks. Despite everything we can only imagine Ernest has faced, he is the gentlest soul, and everyone is utterly smitten

Abbe Museum & Reel Pizza Cinerama Offer Free Screening of Mary and Molly Bar Harbor - The Abbe Museum and Reel Pizza Cinerama, in partnership with Friends of Acadia, will offer a free matinee of the short film Mary and Molly at the Cinerama on Sunday, October 12 from 1-3pm, in honor of Indigenous Peoples’ Day.
