Week 1 Menu: Greek lemon chicken, lemon orzo feta salad, fresh watermelon lemonade
Week 2 Menu: Spinach Boursin stuffed portabella burgers, Grilled Mexican street corn, fizzy strawberry lime Ricky
Week 3 Menu: Grilled garlic shrimp, Panzanella Salad, Raspberry French Mock-tini
About the instructor:
JoAnne Wood was born in England, grew up in San Francisco, and comes from a long line of fine British bakers. After graduation from the California Culinary Academy, she worked as a pastry chef in the San Francisco Bay area. Since moving to Maine in 2000, she has worked as a professional pastry chef, owned a dessert catering company and, for more than 15 years, taught cooking classes. She has a passion for cooking and baking, and for teaching people of all ages.
