Welcome to Bar Harbor's newest accommodations! The Inn on Mount Desert is a family owned and operated facility situated in the heart of downtown Bar Harbor. Our 31 brand new, beautiful guestrooms feature two queen beds or one king bed, unique decor including local artwork, and splendid furnishings with a coastal cottage motif. A complimentary continental breakfast is included. Many rooms offer a private porch or balcony, and we've got an elevator to help get that luggage up to the top floor! ADA accessible rooms available. Situated on one and a quarter acres, our property is one of the most spacious in all of downtown Bar Harbor, featuring expansive gardens as well as a bocce court! We are conveniently located within easy walking distance of all downtown Bar Harbor's incredible shops, restaurants, and attractions. Park your car and walk to the waterfront in a matter of minutes, or pick up the free Island Explorer shuttle at the Village Green just down the street! All our rooms reflect the enchanting charm of Bar Harbor, tastefully decorated with a unique nautical theme.
