Yoga in the Forest

Description

Come do yoga under the big pine tree on the soft carpet of pine needles. We'll walk silently through the woods for 15 minutes to the spot. The yoga practice includes sun salutations, attention to the breath, poses for stretching, and time for deep relaxation. It's open to all levels every Thursday. It's $25 per person. Class will not meet in the rain. Space is limited, so sign up ahead of time or call me at 207-610-3223 to reserve your spot.
