Immerse yourself in the Maine foods that are any foodie’s dream. This is a hands-on class where you will make and serve appetizers using local ingredients, seafood, wild blueberries, and more. Repeat these small bite-size morsels as a snack or small meal for yourself at home or when a friend drops by. It isn’t exactly tapas so we are calling it Mapas. Opportunities to assist the chef, taste appetizers, and leave with written recipes.
