Heartsongs© finding your heartfelt desire
Discussion on the importance of intention and a guided meditation to uncover your Heart’s Desire
The practice of sankalpa (heartfelt desire) starts from the radical premise that you already are who you need to be to fulfill your life’s purpose. All you need to do is to focus your mind, connect to your heartfelt desire and channel the Divine energy within.
The Wellness Center at Acadia Yurts is pleased to sponsor a FREE community class open to all.
“Heartsongs© finding your heartfelt desire” with guest instructor, Laura Marie, C-IAYT happens on Friday July 2, 2021 at 5:30pm in the yoga studio.
Class will run approximately 30 minutes. Please arrive allowing enough time to settle into a comfortable seat in order to be ready to begin promptly at 5:30pm. YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE ANY MEDITATION EXPERIENCE.
Immediately following the meditation there will be a Mala Trunk Show featuring a collection of Laura’s hand-knotted malas, each of which come with an intuited message. “Joyful Heart” tea will be served as refreshment.
Can’t make the class, but want to come to the mala trunk show? Doors will be open to the general public at 6:15pm. Please refer to the Covid Policy below.
