Carve a Preening Duck with Master Carver Josh Brewer

Description

Join award-winning master carver Josh Brewer for this 5-day workshop. Josh will lead students through hand-carving a preening duck (no feet showing) from a cedar blank; then finishing it with sanding and paint. All tools, materials and the blank are supplied as part of the class fee, but students are welcome to bring their own carving tools. The class will happen three consecutive days the first week (September 17, 18 & 19), then finish the following week on two consecutive days (September 25 & 26). All class days start at 9am and go to roughly 3pm).
