Barre Flow with Aquene of the Glow Method. 4 Mondays in November
Join Aquene Diedricksen for this four week series: Mondays, November 6, 13, 20 and 27 from 9:00am - 10:00am. You will enhance body awareness and appreciation, build lean muscle, and improve flexibility and balance. Barre combines dynamic ballet exercises and techniques with elements of Pilates, yoga, and functional training. This class is safe and effective for all fitness levels!
