Tody is large and … well, not so in charge. This sweet girl would prefer to use her powers for snoozing and cuddling. Tody is 8 years old and looking for her new forever person after losing the only home she’s ever known. Imagine an ice cream sundae doused in hot fudge, candy, sprinkles, and syrup… sweet, right? Still not as sweet as Tody! Although a little shy at first, the first shake of a treat bag will bring Tody out of hiding and seeking lots of rubs and sweet-talking. She is gentle, affectionate, and truly precious. You may notice a funny shave pattern on her hind end; Tody was badly matted upon her arrival here at the SPCA-HC and needed a little haircut from our animal care team to help remove the painful little clumps. Tody loves being brushed and it also helps keep her beautiful black fur in tip-top shape! Despite experiencing such a big change in her life, Tody has been nothing but gentle and loving with staff, volunteers, and visitors. This little angel deserves a very loving, caring home that will love her when she wants to tuck away to a napping spot or when she wants to be shown attention and affection.
