Introducing Neji & Rock Lee! They’re part of the Naruto Crew of cats that need to be adopted in pairs, and they’ve chosen each other. These beautiful long-haired kitties are around 1-2 years old and are looking for special people that are extra understanding and patient with them. They’ve made a lot of progress but are still adjusting to having humans around. As you can tell from their pictures, they are amazing companions to other cats! They seek a lot of comfort from each other and are growing more brave slowly but surely. Neji will even accept churu snacks from trusted people’s hands! These darlings aren’t going to be lapcats any time soon, in fact you won’t even be able to touch them for a while, and we understand that isn’t what everyone is looking for. Their situation requires very special, understanding folks who can give them space to grow comfortable with themselves before they trust people. They’re not mean or aggressive, they’re just going to run and hide from you for a bit. They’ve made so much progress during their months here at the SPCA-HC and will come out to nap, observe, and eat meals with people watching! Even the scared and shy cats need a safe and loving home.
