Pet of the Week - Albert: (6/24/2025)
June 24, 2025PET OF THE WEEK
This community of animal lovers has made miracles happen lately - 6 of our longest stay residents were adopted in less than a week, thanks to you! Can you help us find Albert’s miracle?
Albert is back from decompressing in foster care and ready to find his forever home. Big Al needs consistency and quiet. He doesn’t want you to pet him or pick him up; he doesn’t even really want you to stand too close. He’s not mean, just terrified. Despite this, he needs to be an indoor-only cat and is not a barn cat. He is a slower-paced senior gentleman who would love a window to watch the outdoors from the safety of inside. Much like our other longest-staying residents that were adopted, he would be the most amazing cat for your cat(s) at home! He has met many in his time and seeks immediate comfort and companionship from them.
Albert needs a quiet, calm home where he is given the opportunity to simply live out his golden years on his terms - likely that means tucked away in a snuggly bed while you serve him extra stinky, fishy foods.
Big Al is neutered, up to date, and just had his yearly health exam. If you believe you could be Albert’s hero, fill out an adoption application here:
