Bags for the 17th Annual Carol Dyer Memorial Luminaria Evening can be purchased in advance for a suggested donation of $10 each at the July 4th Bar Harbor Rotary Seafood Festival. The Luminaria Evening for honoring friends and loved ones will take place on the Bar Harbor Village Green on Saturday, August 4, from 7 - 9:30 pm. Proceeds from the event will benefit Home Cooked Healing, a local group of volunteers who provide nutritious home-cooked meals for people who have cancer.
