If your dream vacation is to experience the charms of Bar Harbor and the stunning beauty of Acadia while staying in a delightful turn-of-the-19th Century Maine Sea Captain's house, you will love Captain Hull's House!

Located in Hulls Cove just 2/10ths of a mile from the shore and a stop for the free Island Explorer shuttle. Less than a mile to Acadia National Park's Visitor Center and a few minutes drive to Downtown Bar Harbor. The house is situated on a private lane with three and a quarter acres of lawn backed by pine woods and wildflowers and a short walk takes you to the little beach at Hulls Cove.

The 3 upstairs bedrooms each have a queen size bed. Next to the bedrooms is the upstairs bathroom with marble wash stand and large walk-in tiled shower. Downstairs is a queen size bedroom and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Also downstairs is a centrally located half bath and laundry. Our bed and bath linens are 100% pure cotton and laundered with skin-sensitive products.

The charming sunporch is a wonderful place to either enjoy coffee and morning sunshine or to use as a bedroom as the window seat is a twin size mattress. The large living room opens onto the equally large wrap around deck with views of the woods.There is seating for 8 around the oak dining table and for 4 at the bar, plenty of dishes, silverware and glassware. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, useful spices and a lobster pot.silverware and glassware. We are baby-ready with a pack'n play, baby gates, high chair and booster seat.
