Yoga Nidra (Relax & Renew)
A blissful guided experience known as yogic sleep is offered comfortably on the oceanfront lawn listening to the sound of the waves. The practice is to completely relax, restore and deeply rejuvenate the body and mind. This class allows you to unwind and offers a calming quality within by using guided imagery, body scanning, and breath awareness to enhance your vacation experience. It does not involve any physical movement of any kind so even if you have a health condition, you can enjoy this class as it is done as you lie in stillness. This activity quiets an overactive mind, promotes better sleep, eases anxiety, and calms stress.Please wear comfortable clothing. No pre-registration necessary. $15 per person.Class is on the lawn in front of the oceanfront building by the Shore Path.
