Watercolor Painting Workshop with Mary Laury Watercolor Painting is an exciting medium; it flows and moves and does beautiful things. Instructor Mary Laury has been recognized for her work by the Maine Arts Commission and we are very happy to have her offer this class through ArtWaves MDI. If you have never painted in watercolors, we will start at the beginning in the 5-hour workshop. If you have painted before, you may pick up some new tips and tricks as well. We all learn together! About the Instructor: Mary Laury is a watercolorist from Maine. The dynamic nature and botanical subjects of Maine are Mary’s passions. An experienced teacher, she has taught painting and drawing, both in the classroom and in the field, for many educational programs. Mary also serves on the board of directors of various arts organizations. Mary is the former Executive Director of Schoodic Arts for All.
