Halloween Festival for Children! Eek of Ecology – Saturday, October 27, 2018 from 1 - 4pm at Schoodic Institute!

Join us for the 6th annual Eeek of Ecology Festival – Rain or Shine! It’s time once again for fall science fun with Eek of Ecology! Visit the Schoodic Institute campus in Acadia National Park to learn about the fabulous Eeek-ology of our forests, streams and shore, environmental style! Haunt our history stations and creepy craft corner! Prizes, fun and educational! This is a free public event aimed at families with children 12 and under. Children must be accompanied by an adult. This year, we offer children the opportunity to “trick or treat” around 20+ science and history stations related to a diverse array of animals, plants and geologic features in Acadia. Program begins at Eliot Hall on the institute campus at 1:00 pm. Costumes are optional. Call 207-288-1310 if you have questions!
