The changing climate is already reshaping Maine's coastlines and communities. In this presentation, Dr. Tora Johnson, director of GIS at UMaine at Machias, will discuss current and future impacts of climate change in our region and what communities can do to prepare and prosper. She will share free, interactive maps and online tools that can help with local planning. In addition, she will talk about causes of conflict over climate issues and ways communities can manage disagreements and come together to meet a changing future.
