Full & Part Time Seasonal Maine Sea Kayak Guides 18yrs + (opportunities available for training the right Guide Candidates!)

At Castine Kayak Adventures in Castine ME, our Guides spend the summer sharing the beautiful coastline and islands of Maine with guests while teaching safety and essential skills as a guide, naturalist, storyteller, and historian! Launching from our docks here in Castine, our Guides lead Half Day, Full Day, and Nighttime Bioluminescent Tours among a variety of other trips. Daily tasks for Guides include but are not limited to: - Preparing equipment for trips, greeting clients, & checking that all paddlers are properly prepared - Providing comprehensive instruction for boat launch and landing - Sharing proper paddling techniques for paddlers of all skill levels - Ensuring clients are safe when on the water while providing them with the space to have fun and learn! - Sharing information about Castine’s history, local flora/fauna, and wildlife - Gear maintenance post-trip To apply please submit an application online at castinekayak.com or your resume with references to Castinekayak@gmail.com
