Tai Chi embraces the mind, body, and spirit. We will learn the 73 forms of Tai Chi Sun style. The 73 Forms is characterized by agile steps with smooth and flowing movements, like water in a river. This style places great emphasis on Qigong (exercise to cultivate vital life energy) making it especially effective for cultivating internal energy, which in turn greatly enhances healing and relaxation. We will progress steadily learning all 73 forms. It is suitable for all participants and ages.
