Slow Flow Yoga Class
This practice will help you center your mind through connecting your breath to intentional movement. At the start of each practice, you can expect to be guided through an intuitive warm up to connect your mind with your body and release your inhibitions. The practice will progress to a standing sequence where we will link breath with movement, but allow a few breaths per pose to really sink in and feel the power of each pose. Each practice will wind down with juicy, relaxing poses to stretch out your body - expect to hold some poses for several rounds of breath to allow your body the opportunity to release tension.
Modifications will be offered and you will be encouraged to listen to your body and skip or alter any poses that don't feel good to you. Everyone welcome! This practice will be done with mostly instrumental music.
