Limited capacity: Attendance is capped at 10 adult participants. In this hands-on, one day workshop at the Naturalist’s Notebook, dive into the process of cyanotype printing with Katama Murray of Teach Peace Prints. This outdoor workshop will focus on how to create prints on watercolor paper using foraged plants with the power of the sun. Cyanotype printing is an amalgamation of photography and printmaking that commonly yields cyan-blue prints, also referred to as blueprints. This process yields different results each time, and is a great opportunity to let go while collaborating with nature. Create beautiful, one of a kind prints that can be admired forever, while taking time to slow down and appreciate the richness and diversity of plant life dwelling alongside us.
