There is something very special about moving to your natural rhythm immersed in the beauty of Frenchman&rsquo\;s Bay. \; Start your day in the morning sun\, smelling the fresh salt air &\; listening to the sound of waves gently kissing the shoreline as you are guided by professional\, certified yoga instructors. Earth energy infuses our practices with an extra dose of grounding in this ALL levels yoga class. \; Each class offers personal modifications and emphasizes integrating MIND\, BODY and BREATH- all within this supportive natural \;environment. \;
