Celebrate 20 years of the &ldquo\;Green Rider&rdquo\; with author Kristen Britain at the &ldquo\;Dream Gathering&rdquo\; on Saturday\, Nov. 3 at 6:30 p.m. at the Jesup Memorial Library. Britain will be there to celebrate not only the 20 years and six more books released since but she will also be celebrating the launch of her new book &ldquo\;The Dream Gatherer&rdquo\; which features a novella and two short stories set in the world of &ldquo\;Green Rider.&rdquo\; The titular story features the Berry Sisters\, and the short stories include the story Green Rider Danalong while the other is the full story of one mentioned in Britain&rsquo\;s book &ldquo\;Firebrand.&rdquo\;
\n\nPublishers Weekly writes that in the &ldquo\;Green Rider&rdquo\; series &ldquo\;Britain keeps the excitement high from beginning to end\, balancing epic magical battles with the humor and camaraderie of Karigan and her fellow riders.&rdquo\;
\n\nFor the night the Jesup will be turned into Professor Berry'\;s library from the books. Explore the wonders of Professor Berry'\;s library and examine the many arcane artifacts that have been collected from the land of Sacoridia and beyond. There will be tasty food as well. Costumes are welcome\, but not required for this fun\, family friendly event. \;
