Studies have shown this program is effective in helping people to prevent falls. In Tai Chi\, we pay close attention to where our weight is and how it shifts. If we're going to step with the left foot\, we first make sure our weight is fully settled on the right side then we step. Over time\, this practice trains your body to know where it is in space. You become more grounded\, more stable\, and more confident on your feet not just in class\, but in everyday life. Tai Chi is about moving with intention\, staying present\, and building trust in your body again. Drop-ins welcome!
