DESCRIPTION:Join Robert Pollien's Figure study group This course is open to painting and drawing students of all levels. Each week we will address specific technical\, critical and aesthetic aspects of painting and drawing through figure study.\n\n\nStudents are welcome draw\, paint or to alternate.  Easels are provided but if you have a portable easel \, you are welcome to bring it.\n\nAbout the instructor:\n\nBar Harbor artist Robert Pollien hold an MFA from the University of Pennsylvania and attended the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture. Rob is a local artist\, teacher and a former Acadia National Park Artist in Residence. For more information\, visit his website: http://pollien.com/\n\n\n\n\n	\n	Materials List Titanium White\, yellow ochre\, cadmium yellow light\, permanent red violet\, ultramarine blue\, burnt sienna\, raw umber\, ivory black\, Turpenoid or odorless solvent for brush cleaning\, paper towels\, nitrile (or similar) gloves. And a few #4 and #6 natural bristle flat brushes\, disposable or other palette\, palette knife.
