DESCRIPTION:Get first pick of the thousands of items on sale at the Jesup Memorial Library's 50th Annual Book Sale at "The Prologue" on Friday\, Aug. 16 from 4:30 to 7 p.m. At this ticketed event\, attendees can enjoy food and drinks while listening to music from the Beech Mountain Project\, and shop the sale before its official start on Saturday\, August 17. Tickets to this fundraising event at $25 each and can be purchased in person at the Jesup\, by calling 207-288-4245 or online at jesuplibrary.org/prologue.\n\n \n\nVolunteers are needed before\, during and after the sale. Volunteers are needed before the sale in our book brigade that moves books from the basement and then to help sort and price books. In addition\, volunteers are needed to help sell books the day of the sale and help move books again on Saturday\, Aug. 24.
