Using your individual printed and dyed samples\, we will each create a hand made book to display your creations and learn other methods to enhance and creatively use your beautiful prints.No experience is necessary\, just a spirit of discovery and surprise! Bring a beverage and snack for break. A list of items to bring to class TBA! Instructor: Bonnie Chase holds undergraduate degrees in Biology and Botany and a MS in Environmental Science from Montclair State University. Throughout her careers in teaching\, as Executive Director of the Cora Hartshorn Arboretum and Nature Center\, as Master Naturalist\, ethnobotany research in the Amazon and leading Natural History Tours in Central and South America\, she has always encouraged her students to explore the natural world through a creative lens. Bonnie has also taught nature and art related classes at the ASC. Her current art passions are combining nature\, science\, local plant and found materials to create forms of art.
