DESCRIPTION:On Tuesday\, July 7 at 7 p.m. join Dr. Nadia Rosenthal for "Forever Young: Regenerating the Aging Heart." Dr. Rosenthal\, the Scientific Director of JAX\, will speak about heart disease and cardiac regeneration. In addition to her position at JAX\, Dr. Rosenthal holds a chair in Cardiovascular Science at Imperial College\, and is a global leader in investigating mammalian development\, disease and repair of the heart and cardiovascular system. Previously\, Dr. Rosenthal established and headed the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) campus in Rome\, was Founding Director of the Australian Regenerative Medicine Institute at Monash University and founded EMBL Australia as its Scientific Head.
