Emphasis will be on honing observation skills\, massing the main shapes for strong composition and perceiving the landscape abstractly. With over 35 years of painting experience between them\, Sue and Ann have lots of practical advice to share and will take turns painting/demonstrating and giving individual attention to each participant. Short talks\, handouts\, materials for warm-up sketches provided. Two-hour lunch break allows participants to explore Little Cranberry\, too. Open to all levels working in their chosen color media\, but drawing experience is helpful. Participants bring own painting gear.
