DESCRIPTION:with Acadia National Park Resident Artist Robert Pollien\n\nThis is a clinic for artists\, ready to take their paints\, pastels or any medium of their choice out to explore the landscapes of Mount Desert Island. We'll work in locations chosen by Acadia National Park Resident Artist\, Robert Pollien.\n\n\n\nWe will meet for an introductory meeting\, Wednesday 6/19/19 at ArtWaves. There will be a slide presentation about history and practices and some discussion about modes and methods of responding to the landscape.\n\n\n\nThursday and Friday mornings\, we'll meet at the ArtWaves painting studio and head out for a morning plein air session\, a lunch break\, and discussion. In the afternoon\, we'll experience painting at new locations.\n\nMeetup and intro lecture Wednesday\, June 19. 6:30-8 pm\n\nPlein Air days\, June 20 & 21: 9 am - 4 pm
