DESCRIPTION:Strengthening and safeguarding our Downeast coastal communities\, especially in these fast changing times\, requires a collaborative and systems-oriented approach. The Downeast Fisheries Partnership came together a decade ago to respond to the region's greatest economic and environmental needs by helping communities foster cross-sector solutions that preserve our region's proud fishing heritage and ensure an equitable and sustainable future.
