DESCRIPTION:Come and build freeform baskets out of a variety of colorful materials\, from yarns\, paper and metallic thread to strips of silk\, cotton and rayon using cornstarch glue to hold it all together.\n\nThe cost is $40 for Woodlawn members and $50 for non-members and includes all materials.  Space is limited and pre-registration is required.\n\nJeanne has been making art on Mount Desert Island for over thirty years.  She specializes in 2 & 3D collage\, as well as silk painting.  Her work is exhibited in Maine\, as well as other states in the U.S. and abroad and is in over 100 private collections.
