We will cover History\, Symbolism(Geometric\, Animal\, Plant and Color)\, Tools of Pysanky. You will be guided through all steps of transforming a plain egg into a work of art. All supplies will be provided and you will go home with 2 Pysanky Eggs.\nAbout the Instructor Suzie was about 6 years old when her mother taught her the Art of Pysanky standing at the stove with a pencil with a straight pin as the tool\, a little pan of wax\, a raw egg and dyes made out of onion skins\, beets and walnut husks. In the late 80's I discovered a candle Kitska and then while on vacation saw a flyer for a workshop. Woohoo...Introduced to the electric Kitska. Changed my world. a great article that was done years ago\, just have to find it.
