DESCRIPTION:Tired of feeling like you're at the other end of a dog sled team? Want to be able to take your dog to the farmers market without them jumping on everyone? Need help getting your dog to come when you really need him to? Basic obedience is the class for you! For dogs 4 months and older\, this class will help you and your dog work as a team to conquer these big struggles and more. This class will meet with 3-4 dogs\, giving your instructor opportunities to address concerns for all students\, give each team individual attention\, and help you progress further in a lower-stress environment for both people and dogs. This class is not appropriate for reactive dogs. In this class we cover loose leash walking\, coming when called\, stay\, sit/down/stand\, and working on attention and other skills around distractions. The first week is a humans only orientation so you will NOT bring your dog with you. This class will meet for 5 weeks.
