DESCRIPTION:Dance on down to the Jesup Memorial Library for the monthly contra dance with Big Moose Band on Saturday\, March 28 starting at 6:30 p.m. This month's caller is Chrissy Fowler. Join Fowler and the band for a great night of dancing. \n\n \n\nFrom 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.\, there is a free dance\, which is a great time for people who have never contra danced before to learn some of the basic steps. In addition\, this is a perfect time for families to try out contra dancing. From 7:30 p.m. on there is an $8 requested donation per person or $25 per family to help pay the caller. As always\, kids under 12 can dance that night for free. \n\n \n\nThe Big Moose Band provides the amazing music that you will dance along with. Big Moose features some of the area's finest musicians including Ruth Grierson\, Keith Davis\, Jim Vekasi\, Charlie Richardson\, Fred Benson\, Ed Damm and Anne Damm\, among others.\n\n \n\nFor more information on the dance\, contact the Jesup at 207-288-4245.
