DESCRIPTION:Join Big Moose Band for a rousing evening of contra dancing with caller Chrissy Fowler on Saturday\, Feb. 23 from 6:30 to 10 p.m. at the Jesup Memorial Library. This month's dance features a free\, family dance from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. where beginners\, families and nondancers can learn the dances beforehand and then put them to music in a friendly\, judgement-free atmosphere. Starting at 7:30 p.m. the regular contra dance will be begin and all dances will be taught. This is a great time to have fun and dance the night away. There is an $8 requested donation for all adults and kids ages 12 and under and College of the Atlantic students can dance for free. The maximum requested donation for families is $25. \n\n\n\nThe Big Moose Band provides the amazing music that you will dance along with.
