Seal Cove invites visitors to exhibit their steam powered vehicle\; automobiles\, tractors\, boats and more are welcome. As always\, Seal Cove welcomes all speciality vehicles (steam or otherwise) including motorcycles\, bicycles\, and modes of transportation other than cars to exhibit as well. Museum staff and volunteers also plan to demonstrate the museum's 1914 Stanley Mountain Wagon during this event. Additionally the museum is thrilled to welcome the New England Steam Corporation. The New England Steam Corporation (NESCo) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the restoration and operation of Maine Central Railroad #470\, the last operating steam locomotive in Maine at time of its retirement in 1954. The all-volunteer crew works at the organization's shop in Hancock to revive vanishing trades and skills and share their passion for steam locomotives with the public. Maine Central #470's original bell\, restored by NESCo\, will be on display at Cars & Coffee: Steam Day on July 9th! Admission to the museum and featured exhibits is free to all during the hours of the event. Light refreshments are offered at no charge including Precipice Coffee\, locally baked donuts from Sugar Bakery in Trenton\, fruit\, and juices. The Seal Cove Auto Museum's Cars & Coffee events are family-friendly and welcoming to all with or without a specialty automobile.
