DESCRIPTION:On Saturday\, July 24th\, at 11am\, the Festival presents its 8th and final Young Audience Concert of the summer at the outdoor tent of the Jesup Memorial Library\, 34 Mount Desert St. The FREE Young Audience Concerts have been a great opportunity for children of all ages to hear live classical music in a relaxed setting\, and to engage with the musicians in games\, demonstrations\, and fun. On July 24th\, the Festival String Quartet will perform a variety of classical and folk music. These concerts are made possible in part by grants from the Onion Foundation and the Margaret E. Burnham Charitable Trust.
