DESCRIPTION:The Bar Harbor Music Festival's Opening Day Concert will present Mezzo-Soprano\, Audrey Babcock and Pianist\, Cara Chowning in an afternoon of lieder on the verandah of the Bar Harbor Historical Society Building (formerly the Maine Seacost Mission) overlooking Frenchman Bay\, 127 West Street at 4 p.m. Tea and goodies donated by Bar Harbor bakeries\, the Bar Harbor Tea Company\, and Hannaford's Supermarket will be served at intermission. Tickets are available online at www.barharbormusicfestival.org.
