SUMMARY:Ballroom Dance: Latin Dances
DESCRIPTION:This class will focus primarily on Rhumba and Salsa patterns for social dance settings at the beginner/intermediate levels.  We'll cover basics and more complex dance patterns and partnering skills.  Focus is on having fun and feeling more confident on the dance floor. Must register with a partner.  Please carry in a dedicated pair of dance shoes (clean\, non-marking soles)\; no outdoor shoes are allowed into the studio to protect the floor.\n\nOur instructor:\n\nDavid Lamon is an experienced teacher and choreographer who has studied and taught a wide variety of dance forms and movement techniques.  Whether he is teaching jazz\, modern\, improv\, or ballroom\, David's classes are fun\, engaging\, and demonstrate a thoughtful attention to the foundations of each dance.  Whatever the form\, David believes that dance is a doorway to the synchronistic creativity of being in the moment.
