DESCRIPTION:Stained Glass Mosaic class is an opportunity to create with a unique hands-on medium. Students will learn how to cut and arrange glass tiles to create whatever mosaic pattern or image they like. After the three sessions students will leave with a finished mosaic piece and a new understanding of an extraordinary medium. All materials included\, step by step instructions with plenty of samples to inspire. She has taught a variety of mediums to a large range of age groups and works as a freelance illustrator\, primarily working with watercolors\, ink\, and digital mediums. She loves engaging with students throughout the process of creation and is excited to be a part of the ArtWaves community. Makayla is a graduate of College of the Atlantic. She also attended the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD).
