Participants will learn how to move/shake to the diverse african rhythmic sound which simultaneously combines two or more energetic drum beats. Participants will travel to Africa through catchy\, groovy\, popular and energetic afro-fusion music unique to different tribes within the African Continent. African dance embodies the importance of connecting emotionally with the mind\, body and soul.Creative movement promotes a healthy heart and music is the social fabric of any community. No experience needed\, everyone is welcome but must be fully vaccinated. Wear comfortable non-slippery gym shoes and be ready to have fun!
