DESCRIPTION:A class for all levels\, explore African culture through african traditional movement styles such kizomba\, kwasa kwasa\, kwaito\,ngoma\, malipenga and gule wamkulu. Participants will learn how to move/shake to the diverse african rhythmic sound which simultaneously combines two or more energetic drum beats.  Participants will travel to Africa through catchy\, groovy\, popular and energetic afro-fusion music unique to different tribes within the African Continent. African dance embodies the importance of connecting emotionally with the mind\, body and soul.Creative movement promotes a healthy heart and music is the social fabric of any community. \n\nNo experience needed\, everyone is welcome but must be fully vaccinated.\n\nWear comfortable non-slippery gym shoes and be ready to have fun!\n\nThe following dates/times for the month of August\;\n\n8/4 at 7-8 am\n\n8/7 at 9-10am\n\n8/11 at 7-8am\n\n8/18 at 7-8am\n\n8/21 at 9-10am\n\n8/25 at 7-8 am\n\n8/28 at 9-10am\n\n$15
