While you're visiting Mount Desert Island, we want you to have the most enjoyable trip possible! That's why the town of Bar Harbor and the Bar Harbor Chamber of Commerce have made it easy to find your way around town.

Downtown Bar Harbor's wayfinding signs will point you in the right direction. Look for these helpful signs and maps all throughout the downtown area.

The Bar Harbor Chamber of Commerce visitor information center, located on the corner of Main Street and Cottage Street, is where you can get friendly advice about our area, tips on where to dine, shop and play, or purchase an Acadia National Park pass.
